Genealogy Bank, the subscription-based research site, primarily for newspapers - is one of my favorites.  It is easy to use, and easy to navigate.

I have used it for years and have had great success.

The good news is that they continue to add to their collections, which gives us family history researchers plenty to do, find, and look forward to.


Below is a short video that shows how to use their newspaper search features.  It actually takes about 5 minutes to learn not only the basics, but some of their more advanced functions:

I've never tried Genealogy Bank. In the crush of to-do, I've just never gotten there. But now I will -- you give very clear explanations. I like the method of refining the search. Too bad it's harder to do that on Ancestry.com.

Thanks Mariann. Yes, GB is quite easy to learn and use and I have found tons of ancestor newspaper articles in their collection.
